Buy To Let Mortgage Services

My name is Vivienne Connery I have been investing in property since 1985, when I was just 19 years old. My very
first property was bought as a home and I paid £18,000 for a 2 bedroom terrace house in Merseyside. Within 3 years
it had almost doubled in value!. I sold the property for £34,000 in 1988!
Times have changed a little since then. We have had to contend with the credit crunch which brought some
major challenges to landlords (including me)!
Apart from being a landlord I am also a qualified mortgage broker with a big focus on helping and assiting other
landlords who want or need some help with their mortgages and remortgages. If you already have a mortgage
broker and are happy with their service then that's fine with me.
If you don't have a mortgage broker or simply want to try us out for your next property deal then
please feel free to contact me or my small team - We would love to hear from you.
May be I will see you at one of the local or national buy to let property events. In the meantime here are a few
helpful hints... Before I forget, I have also put togther a Buy To Let Mortgage Guide which is free to anyone who
wants one - All you need to do is fill in our On-Line mortgage quotes (there is no obligation on your part) and we
will send you the guide via email.
